Sgt Hall Diary

Staff-Sergeant William John Hall (Reg. No. 692) was in the NWMP from 1872 to 1910. He moved about in early years and was in the Frog Lake during and after the Rebellion. He took over the Onion Lake detachment in 1904 and was there until his retirement in 1910. He and his family remained there. Sergeant Hall was postmaster at Onion Lake from October 6, 1925 until the time of his death on February 14, 1926.
